that Defendant’s Motion for Order Affirming the Decision of the
Commissioner (“Defendant’s Motion”) (ECF No. 12) be granted and
Plaintiff’s Motion to Reverse the Decision of the Commissioner
(“Plaintiff’s Motion”) (ECF No. 10) be denied.
