Sullivan issued a Report and Recommendation above-captioned matter (ECF No. 15). (“R&R”) in the Judge Sullivan recommended that Defendant’s Motion for Order Affirming the Decision of the Commissioner (“Defendant’s Motion”) (ECF No. 12) be granted and Plaintiff’s Motion to Reverse the Decision of the Commissioner (“Plaintiff’s Motion”) (ECF No. 10) be denied. the R&R were filed, and the time for doing No objections to so has passed. Accordingly, the Court hereby accepts the R&R pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). The R&R is ADOPTED, Defendant’s Motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiff’s Motion is DENIED. IT IS SO ORDERED. William E.
