MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
This matter is before the Court on the Report and Recommendation issued by Magistrate
Judge Sullivan on November 30, 2016 in which the Magistrate Judge recommends that this
Court deny the Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendant GSP Corp. (Docket #31). No objection
has been filed and the time for doing so has passed.
This Court, having reviewed the motion papers, Amended Complaint, and the Report and
Recommendation now adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety. The Motion to
Dismiss is DENIED.
