ORDER: the Court ADOPTS that portion of the R&R recommending the grant of summary judgment regarding all of plaintiff's federal causes of action. Therefore, the Court GRANTS summary judgment to defendants as to Plaintiff 's First, Third, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth, Thirteenth, Sixteenth and Nineteenth Causes of Action. The Court declines to exercise its supplemental jurisdiction and remands the remaining state law claims (Second and Twentieth Causes of Action) to the Aiken County Court of Common Pleas.
