ORDER U p o n consideration of Defendant's Motion for Entry of Judgment with Remand P u r s u a n t to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), with consent of the parties and good cause a p p e arin g therefore, the Court hereby REVERSES the Commissioner's decision in this matter u n d e r sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), 1 and REMANDS the cause to the Commissioner f o r further administrative proceedings. A c c o rd in g ly, on remand, the Appeals Council would direct the ALJ to further evaluate th e claimant's impairments under the functional domains, with particular emphasis on the d o m a in of acquiring and using information.
