ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES
UNDER THE EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff=s Motion for an Award of Attorney=s Fees
pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA) filed July 6, 2017. See 28 U.S.C. ' 2412.
The parties filed a Joint Stipulation for an Award of Attorney’s Fees Pursuant to the EAJA advising
their agreement to stipulate to an award of $6,000.00 in attorney’s fees.
Having carefully considered the motion, the Joint Stipulation, the record, and the applicable
law, it is the judgment of the Court the motion is GRANTED in the amount of $6,000.00 in
attorney’s fees.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
