On July 26, 2013, Plaintiff James filed a motion to remand this case to state court.
[Entry #11]. However, it is unclear from the motion whether Plaintiffs intend to rely
solely on South Carolina state law in asserting their claims in this case. Further, it is
unclear whether Plaintiff Tomlin also seeks remand of this case.
