No. 172) currently before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. This Court, having considered the papers filed in connection with the aforementioned motion, and good cause appearing therefore: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Joint Motion for a Stay Pending Interlocutory 1 Appeal is GRANTED. All proceedings before this Court are hereby stayed pending resolution of the appeal by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, including resolution of any petitions for rehearing en banc.
