ORDER re 1 Complaint filed by Dr Harry N Charles II and 50 other Plaintiffs; the Clerk of Court is directed to assign new, separate civil action numbers to the fifty whose signatures appear on the signature page (other than Harry N Charles II) The Clerk of Court is authorized to strike all plaintiffs from the docket except Harry N Charles II, who will remain the plaintiff in this action. The Clerk of Court is authorized to "re-file" the pleading from this case in the fifty new cases . The initial docket entries in the "new" cases will be this order and the pleading. After docketing, the Clerk shall forward the files in this case and in the fifty new cases to the undersigned Magistrate Judge for initial review under 28 USC 1915, 28 USC 1915A and the General Order (Misc.
