Plaintiff craigslist, Inc. ("craigslist" or "Plaintiff"), pursuant to Rule 7.05 of the Local Civil Rules (DSC), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby moves this Honorable Court for an enlargement of the number of pages of its memorandum of points and authorities in opposition to Defendants' motion to dismiss (the "Memorandum"). In an abundance of caution, craigslist moves to enlarge the permitted number of pages for its Memorandum to approximately forty (40) pages. craigslist anticipates that the body of the Memorandum will be about thirty-five (35) or thirty-six (36) pages. However, the caption, signature page, and table of authorities are anticipated to be an additional four (4) or five (5) pages. craigslist needs the additional pages due to the number of issues raised by the Defendants, as well as the numerous cases and statutes which were necessary to be cited by craigslist in its Memorandum to properly respond to Defendants' motion to dismiss. craigslist has consulted with opposing counsel and there is no opposition to the relief requested herein. craigslist respectfully requests that the Court grant its motion for all of the foregoing reasons. DATED this 31st day of August, 2009. Respectfully submitted, __/s/ Joseph P. Griffith, Jr.___________
