MOTION OF DEFENDANTS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND SOLICITORS FOR ENLARGEMENT OF NUMBER OF PAGES FOR REPLY

Pursuant to Rule 7.05, DSC, the Defendants Attorney General and the sixteen Circuit Solicitors1 hereby move for an the enlargement of the number of pages permitted for their Memorandum in Reply to Plaintiff's Memorandum in Opposition to their Motion to Dismiss. The page limit for a reply memorandum is fifteen double spaced pages. Local Rule 7.05(B)(2), DSC. The Defendants respectfully request an enlargement of two pages for their Reply so that they may serve and file a Reply of up to seventeen pages in length including the caption and signature block. This Court has previously granted Plaintiff's request to enlarge the number of pages for its
