Pursuant to the Second Amended Consent Scheduling Order entered in this matter and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2)(B), the Plaintiff, Roger Cleveland Golf Company, Inc. ("Plaintiff"), hereby identifies the following person whom Plaintiff expects to call as an expert witness at trial: Stephen P. Mr. Gingrich is employed by Plaintiff and his duties as an employee do not regularly involve giving expert testimony. Thus, a written expert report signed by the witness is not required.
