("Plaintiff"), hereby identifies the following person whom Plaintiff expects to call as an expert witness at trial: Stephen P. Gingrich 5601 Skylab Road Huntington Beach, CA 92647 (714) 889-1300 It is anticipated that Mr. Gingrich will testify about the counterfeit nature of the golf products sold by Defendants. Mr. Gingrich is employed by Plaintiff and his duties as an employee do not regularly involve giving expert testimony. Thus, a written expert report signed by the witness is not required.
