ORDER GRANTING ONE-DAY EXTENSION OF TIME TO CONDUCT MEDIATION
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, that the time to complete mediation shall be extended one (1) day, from August 30, 2010 to August 31, 2010, to accommodate a scheduling conflict with the parties' agreed-upon mediator, who was unavailable prior to August 31, 2010. As no other deadlines will be affected by the granting of the extension, the extension is for good cause shown. IT IS SO ORDERED.
