ORDER RULING ON 23 Report and Recommendation. The Court accepts and adopts the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. The Defendants' purported Answer (ECF No. 7) is ordered to be stricken, as a consequence of Defendants failure to comply with the Courts Order of July 9, 2013 (ECF No. 13) and the Clerk of Court is directed to enter the Defendants default. It is further ordered that the plaintiffs file an appropriate motion within 21 days if plaintiffs intend to seek entry of judgment against the defendants. Details set forth in Order.
