Defendants Deboe, Bush, Holden, Carlisle, and Southern Health Partners, Inc. (“Medical Defendants”) have responded in opposition, and Plaintiff has replied. For the reasons stated by the Medical Defendants, with which this court agrees, Plaintiff’s motion is denied.
