IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Beazer’s Unopposed Motion to Join Beazer Homes
Corp. as a Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff is GRANTED; and
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Beazer Homes Corp. is joined as a
Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff in this action.
