ECF No. 1. The state-court case number was 2014-CP-17-078. As required by 28 U.S.C. § 1446(a), the Removing Defendants filed with the Notice of Removal (“Notice”) copies of “all process, pleadings, and orders served upon” them. Notice 3, ECF No. 1. Online records from Dillon County show that the Court of Common Pleas file in 2014-CP-171 00078 also includes documents not submitted by the Removing Defendants, presumably because those documents were not served upon Removing Defendants.
