ORDER
This action was filed by Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, pursuant
to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of his rights under the United States
Constitution. The Court recently denied in part Defendants’ Motion for Summary
Judgment such that Plaintiff’s claims against Defendants Ragland, Dillard, and
Morgan for excessive force survive summary judgment. The District Judge directed
the undersigned to appoint counsel to represent the Plaintiff.
The Court hereby appoints Paul T. Collins of Nelson Mullins Riley
&Scarborough as counsel for Gary Lavon Robinson in this action.
