The Court recently denied in part Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment such that Plaintiff’s claims against Defendants Ragland, Dillard, and Morgan for excessive force survive summary judgment. The District Judge directed the undersigned to appoint counsel to represent the Plaintiff. The Court hereby appoints Paul T.
