ORDER

This is an action filed by a pro se non-prisoner litigant. On March 7, 2017, the court adopted
the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge, denying Plaintiff’s in forma pauperis
application. (ECF No. 14). The court ordered Plaintiff to pay the full filing fee by March 21, 2017, and
noted that failure to pay the fee would subject the case to dismissal without prejudice. The time for
compliance has passed. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court shall
close the file.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
