ECF Nos. 1, 27. On April 23, 2014, the court received Plaintiff’s Motion to Dismiss Civil Suit, in which he seeks to voluntarily dismiss this action without prejudice. ECF No. 31. Also on April 23, 2014, Defendants filed a response to Plaintiff’s Motion, indicating they consent to his request for voluntarily dismissal. ECF No. 32. For good cause shown, the court hereby grants Plaintiff’s Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 31, and dismisses this matter without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2).
