ORDER: The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 77 ) and incorporates it herein. Accordingly, Defendant Althea B. Myers' Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 33 ) is GRANTED. Further, Plaintiff's action agains t Defendants McQueen and Polson is DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) and the factors outlined in Chandler Leasing Corp. v.
