REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended that the 2 Complaint and 21 Amended Complaint filed by Eric Redmond be dismissed with prejudice for lack of prosecution and for failure to comply with this Court's orders. If the District Court a dopts this report, it is recommended that the 34 MOTION to Dismiss or in the alternative for summary judgment filed by Trinity Food Service and 38 MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed by Trinity Food Service be denied as moot.
