ORDER RULING ON THE REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS of Magistrate Judge Bruce Howe Hendricks. Defendants' Motions to dismiss 68 , 69 , and 70 are granted as to Julius Gillespie. Plaintiff Gillespie;s claims are dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute pursuant to Rule 41 (b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff Breedlove has until April 24, 2011, to respond to the pending motions to dismiss or her claims will also be dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute pursuant to Rule 41.
