ORDER RULING ON REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS The Court only adopts the R&R to the extent it is consistent with this order, and the Court overrules in part and sustains in part the Plaintiff's objections. The Court remands t his matter to the Commissioner for further proceedings; on remand, the Commissioner is instructed to re-evaluate the Plaintiff's RFC and to more fully explain his decision, and the Commissioner is directed to carefully consider whether vocational expert testimony is necessary.
