Mr. Antoine Ray is very aggressive and appears very unstable when he comes into the Clerk's

Office.

He has stated that he believes that the CIA is hacking the public terminals.

I have also witnessed Antoine Ray resisting Deputy Marshal Mike Fugat when he was directing

Mr. Ray to leave the Clerk's Office.

I am on guard when Mr. Ray comes to the Clerk's Office and I believe he is dangerous.

I swear this statement to be true to the best of my knowledge
