MEMORANDUM OPINION: Having carefully reviewed the administrative record and the parties briefs filed in support of their respective motions, the decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED and REMANDED under Sentence Four of 24 U.S. C. § 405(g) for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. Accordingly, Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 13] will be GRANTED to the extent stated herein and Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 17] will be DENIED.
