JUDGMENT ORDER that the Report and Recommendation 18 is ACCEPTED IN WHOLE; that plaintiffs motion for judgment on the pleadings 11 is DENIED; defendant Commissioners motion for summary judgment 15 is GRANTED; and defendant Commissioners decision in this case denying plaintiffs applications for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income benefits under the Social Security Act is AFFIRMED. It is ORDERED, for the reasons stated in the report and recommendation, which the Court adopts and incorporates into its ruling, that plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings [Doc. 11] is DENIED; defendant Commissioner's motion for summary judgment [Doc. 15] is GRANTED; and defendant Commissioner's decision in this case denying plaintiff's applications for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income benefits under the Social Security Act is AFFIRMED.
