Supplemental Pleading Asserting Bad Faith Counterclaim Against ANPAC” [doc. 18]. No
response to the motion has been filed within the time allowed by this court’s local rules.
“Failure to respond to a motion may be deemed a waiver of any opposition to the relief
sought.” E.D. Tenn. L.R. 7.2.
The motion is GRANTED. The Stuttes shall file their answer and amended
counterclaim within five days of the entry of this order.
