As evidenced by signature of adverse counsel below, it is stipulated that Defendant Chase
Home Finance, LLC or more correctly, JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. as successor by merger to
Chase Home Finance, LLC will have until and including July 18, 2011 within which to respond
to Plaintiff’s Complaint.
