ORDER denying 244 Motion for Attorney Fees; adopting Report and Recommendations re 248 Report and Recommendations. Having carefully reviewed the record, the Court agrees with Judge Guyton's recommendation. The Court ther efore ACCEPTS IN WHOLE the report and recommendation under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(b). For the reasons in the report and recommendation, which the Court adopts and incorporates into this Order, Plaintiffs Motion for Attorney Fees Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988 [Doc. 244] is DENIED.
