AGREED ORDER AMENDING ORDER OF DISMISSAL

It appearing to the Court, as evidenced by the signatures of counsel below, that
the parties are in agreement that the Order of Dismissal (Docket No. 18) should be
amended with the addition of the following to page 4 of the Order of Dismissal:
(6) This settlement constitutes a full, final and complete compromise of Nigel
Larson’s and Susan Larson’s claims against Defendant.
(7) The claims of Matthew Larsen are dismissed with prejudice.
(8) The claims of Nigel and Susan Larsen, individually, are dismissed with
prejudice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
