ORDER: The Plaintiffs application to proceed in forma pauperis is defective because he has not provided a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement for the six (6) month period immediately preceding the filing ofhis complaint as requi red by 28 U. S. C. § 1915(a)(2). Therefore, the Plaintiff shall submit to the court within thirty (30) days of the date of service of this order either a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement for the six (6) month period immediately preceding the date that he receives this order, or the full three hundred fifty dollar ($350.00) filing fee.
