ORDER: For these reasons, Plaintiffs motion for relief from judgment 22 is DENIED. Given that Plaintiffs action remains dismissed, Plaintiffs motion to supplement complaint, for clarification of order, and to amend or make additional findings [21 ] is DENIED as moot. In accordance with the Court's prior Order 17 , Plaintiffs federal claims are DISMISSED with prejudice, but Plaintiffs state law claims are DISMISSED without prejudice. Any appeal of this Order would not be in good faith as required by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3). This is the Final Order in this action. Signed by Chief Judge William J. Haynes, Jr on 5/9/13.
