ORDER: For the reasons given in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, Tennessee's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 8) is GRANTED with respect to the ADEA and the sexual orientation discrimination claims, and DENIED with respect to the gender discrimination claim.
