As grounds for this Motion, Defendant states and attaches an affidavit in support: 1. Maria Crimi Speth is an attorney with the law firm of Jaburg & Wilk, P.C., and is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona. 2. 1989. Maria Crimi Speth has been admitted to practice in the State of Arizona since Ms. Speth is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona (since October, 1989) and before the U.S. District Court for the District Court of Arizona (since November, 1990). Ms. Speth is also admitted to practice before the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York (since 1988).
