This motion is made for the reason that the undersigned Counsel for the Defendants whom have been served, will be out of the state on June 15, 2007 on a personal matter which has been set for some time and can not be changed. The undersigned Counsel has consulted with Counsel for the Plaintiff, whom have stated that they agree to continue the Initial Case Management Conference.
