ORDER This case is set for an initial case management conference on Friday, June 15, 2007, at 1:15 p.m. Judge Trauger's Notice of Setting of Initial Case Management Conference (Docket No. 4) requires that lead trial counsel for each party be present at the initial case management conference. It appears to the court that Maria Crimi Speth of of Phoenix, Arizona, is lead counsel for defendant Xcentric Ventures, LLC, and it is therefore ORDERED that Ms. Speth shall appear in person for the initial case management conference as scheduled. However, Ms. Speth's Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice (Docket No. 36) has not yet been granted because she has failed to file a certificate that she is in good standing with the United States District Court for the District of Arizona or any other federal district court. It is therefore ORDERED that Ms. Speth shall cure this defect by June 14, 2007 so that she may properly appear before the court on June 15, 2007 for the initial case management conference. 1
