ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Defts' Motion to Dismiss 77 is GRANTED with regard to Pltf's claims brought under the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq. (2009), the Universal Copyright Convention, the Convention for Prote ction of Phonographs, and 28 U.S.C. § 2201. Pltf's claim brought under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §§ 1121 is DISMISSED with prejudice and Pltf's Motion to Amend the Complaint 80 is DENIED. It is so ORDERED.
