MOTION FOR RELEASE OF BOND FUNDS
The plaintiff, Taylor Swift ("Plaintiff"), by and through undersigned counsel, hereby respectfully moves the Court for an order releasing the funds paid by Plaintiff as security pursuant to the Court's Temporary Restraining Order and Order of Seizure of Counterfeit Goods (Document 12). The Court has entered the Agreed Consent Judgment and Permanent Injunction against defendant Schiff (Document 53), the Order of Default Judgment, Permanent Injunction and Destruction of Counterfeit Goods against certain named defendants (Document 109), and the Order of Destruction of Counterfeit Goods against all other defendants (Document 135). Accordingly, Plaintiff moves that the Court enter an order directing the release of the cash bond paid by Plaintiff in this action on May 19, 2010, in the amount of $10,000.00. Plaintiff further respectfully requests that the released funds be made payable to "Taylor Swift" and be sent to the attention of Plaintiff's counsel, Milom Joyce Horsnell Crow PLC, at 3310 West End Avenue, Suite 610, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. 1
