MALCOLM MATTHEWS, et al., Defendants Civil Action No. 3:09-0442 Judge Wiseman Magistrate Judge Griffin FILED UNDER SEAL MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION Plaintiff Taylor Swift ("Plaintiff") respectfully moves for clarification of the Court's Temporary Restraining Order and Order for Seizure of Counterfeit Goods [Document 12]. The Order states that "All Counterfeit Goods, all means of making such Counterfeit Goods, all records, and any other materials seized hereunder shall be delivered up to the custody of the Court in accordance with 15 USC Section 1116(d)(7). The seized goods shall be kept in identifiable containers and stored at Plaintiff's expense." Plaintiff is prepared to keep and deliver up all materials seized pursuant to the Court's Order accordingly. However, out of an abundance of caution and further to recommendation of the Clerk of Court, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court clarify its requirements for the arrangements with respect to the delivery of the seized materials to the custody of the Court.
