ORDER CLOSING CASE
This matter comes before the Court upon the Motion by Plaintiff, Taylor Swift ("Plaintiff") for an order pursuant to pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 to dismiss, without prejudice, all claims that remain in this case against the defendants Malcolm Matthews, Renee Susan Mitchell, Louis Moore, Marsha Dyonne Tyler, Mellissa Lieberman, Edward Friedman, Kenneth Johnson and Taief Hasson Wallace after the Court's Order of Destruction of Counterfeit Goods dated October 15, 2010 (Document 135), and for an order terminating this case. After due consideration thereof and of the record of this case, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion. It is accordingly SO ORDERED, and the Clerk is directed to close this case. Entered this 22nd day of October, 2010.
