According to the applicable statute, any materials seized by Plaintiff pursuant to the TRO "shall be taken into the custody of the Court." 15 U.S.C. § 1116(d)(7). Goods seized and stored by Plaintiff shall be deemed in the custody of the Court and shall be stored by Plaintiff, in identifiable containers, at Plaintiff's expense and Plaintiff's risk of loss, at a location of Plaintiff's choice.
