Code Ann. § 47-18-101 et seq., and violation of the Tennessee Personal Rights Protection Act of 1984, Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-25-1101 et seq. Accordingly, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court extend the Order until the time S eizure of Counterfeit Goods.
