NOTICE OF LOCATION OF SEIZED COUNTERFEIT MATERIALS

Plaintiff Taylor Swift ("Plaintiff"), by and through her undersigned counsel, respectfully files this Notice pursuant to the Temporary Restraining Order and Order of Seizure of Counterfeit Goods entered by this Court on May 19, 2009 (Document 12) and extended by the Court on May 28, 2009 (Document 17), and the Court's Sealed Order of May 15, 2009, which clarifies the proper procedure for taking the materials seized pursuant to the Court's Orders "in the custody of the Court" and requires notification to the Court of the location of these materials (Document 15). Plaintiff respectfully notifies the Court that Plaintiff is storing these materials at a locked storage closet at 13 Management, Inc., 145 Maple Row Boulevard, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075. Access to this storage facility is available solely to Mr. Robert Coffey and Ms. Emily Evans, employees of 13 Management, Inc.
