Plaint iff Taylor Swift ("Plaint iff"), by and through her undersigned counsel, respect fully requests that the Court extend the time period and supplement locat ions ident ified in the Preliminary Injunct ion and Order of Seizure of Counterfeit Goods entered by this Court on June 17, 2009 (Document 12) to encompass addit ional dates and venues for Plaint iff's 2009 "Fearless" Tour. As grounds for this Motion, Plaint iff submits: 1. Declaration of Mr. Dominguez made in support of this Motion (Exhibit A); 2. Proposed Order Supplement ing Preliminary Injunct ion and Order o f Seizure o f Counterfeit Goods (Exhibit B); and 3. Plaint iff's Memorandum o f Law, in accordance with Local Rule 7.01(a).
