As a result, the Clerk is directed to terminate as defendants Various John Does, Various Jane Does, and Various XYZ Corporations. Inasmuch as the plaintiff's claims against defendant Schiff were dismissed by order entered August 28, 2009 (Docket Entry No. 53), the Clerk is also directed to terminate Brendan Schiff as a defendant in this case.
