Dees-Johnson v. Grundman et al

Filing 5

ORDER: With the lack of complete diversity of the parties or federal claims, there is not any ascertainable basis to invoke this Court's jurisdiction. Thus, the Court concludes that Plaintiffs non-HIPAA claims must be DISMISSED for lack ofjurisdiction, but without prejudice to any of the Plaintiffs state law claims. This is the Final Order in this action. Signed by District Judge William J. Haynes, Jr on 8/24/11. (dt)
