MEMORANDUM and ORDER: In accordance with the Memorandum filed herewith, the Defendant British Airways' motion for summary judgment (Docket Entry No. 46) and the Defendant FAF Inc.'s motion for partial summary judgment (Docket Entry No. 51) are GRANTED as to the limitation of Plaintiff's damages to the terms of the British Airways' Airways Bill for the goods at issue, but are DENIED as to the applicability of the Montreal Convention.
