For the reasons expressed therein, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion For Summary Judgment filed by the only remaining defendant in this case, Terry Kinnaman, (Docket No. 31 ) is GRANTED, and this case is DISMISSED in its entirety WITH PREJUDICE.
