IT IS THEREFORE Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that Plaintiff Fleet One’s claims
against Defendants International Air Cargo, LLC and Jim Davis are dismissed, without
prejudice. Fleet One’s claims against Defendant Giorgio A. Petrucci are not affected by this
notice.
