In accordance with the deadlines established in that order, trial and pretrial dates are set as follows: 1. The jury trial in this matter, which is anticipated to last two to three (2-3) days, is set to begin on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. M-3. 2. 3. A pretrial conference is set for Friday, August 6, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. The joint pretrial order is due by no later than the close of business on Monday, August 2, 2010.
